We assess and analyse organizational maturity using our primary OMINDEX® diagnostic, which then measures corporate ‘Total Stakeholder Value’. This also reveals how mature firms manage to do this by producing a comprehensive picture of what contributes to their maturity level.

Our OMINDEX® Workforce survey, comprising 18 questions captures workforce perspectives on their own organization’s maturity, using a core set of factors and questions from our full OMINDEX® diagnostic.
